Knowing how to sell is the most important skill to a successful career in business and entrepreneurship. This is because without revenue or sales, businesses fail. That’s why those who can sell are able to find jobs in any economic environment. Armed with skill, our interns confidently enter the workforce or start their own businesses. Over the past 20 years, over 70 of our interns have become multi-millionaires.

Moxie invests heavily in its training programs by partnering with top sales professionals in the industry. This is because we want all interns to have a successful and rewarding experience. During the pre-season, weekly training sessions are held. Once the summer internship begins, training sessions are held daily with opportunities to receive one-on-one coaching from our experienced managers.
There’s a reason Moxie provides industry leading service. Our technicians are trained daily. Our owner is a certified entomologist. We only use the highest quality products and application methods. All of this adds up to higher customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
We utilize leading sales software that helps optimize our interns’ success. Our customized apps track data and outcomes to pinpoint where interns are struggling so that managers know how to best help them succeed.
We work hard, but we also play hard. We run daily, weekly, and region wide incentives throughout the summer internship to foster friendly competition and drive performance. Common prizes and awards include Apple airpods, Custom Nike IDs, skydiving, Ferrari racing, etc.
While many services companies receive third party funding from banks and venture capitalists to pay their employees, Moxie is funded completely by the founder and CEO Jason Walton. This means that you’ll be paid on time every time.
